职位描述

Principal Responsibilities
* Define the key channel for company's portfolio in key market.
* Capability to work closely with distributor to drive the distribution in target market
* Ability of wholesaler management. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
* Big picture thinking. Able to evaluate the market priority and balance the brand strategy and market efficiency.
* Ability to manage cross channel as well as cross portfolio.
* Good store level negotiation and implementation skills.
* Annual business plan initial and budget control. Good business sense.
* Wine business experiences is plus.


Key Requirements
* At least above 3 years working experiences with relative industry (spirits and wine) in sales position
* Very familiarize with Beijing and north market.
* Familiar with on trade operation and business negotiation
* Proactive and can do attitude, independent working ability and good team player.
* Creative and willing to take responsibility
* Basic computer skills. English is plus
* Willing to take challenge. Can do attitude is must.
* Travel frequently
