Responsibilities:

1.     To provide standardized assessment, deliver evidence based one-on one or group psychological interventions for children and teenagers with special needs in different settings,

2.     To provide effective suggestion and guidance to parents, teachers and the relevant people,

3.    To write and maintain the assessment report, treatment records, process notes and discharge reports of clients in an appropriate, timely and effective manner,

4.     Work collaboratively with peers, experts in other disciplines, schools, teachers, and other support staff and parents to promote ongoing success,

5.    To be responsible for the professional leadership/management and appraisal of junior psychologists, assistant and training psychologists (including Chinese therapists), counselors and other professionals as required,

6.    To cooperate with Marketing people, developing service packages, including practical services, lectures, workshops and to give the lectures in public,

7.    Other work assigned by company.

Requirements:

1.     Doctoral level qualification in clinical, counselling or educational/school psychology leading to license or registration with a recognized professional or licensing body or Masters level qualification from recognized programme.

2.     Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills,

3.     Minimal 5 years experience working with children with developmental disabilities, learning disorders or mental health problems in health or school based settings,

4.     Ability to work independently and experience with co treatments and working within an inter-disciplinary team,

5.     Excellent communication (written, verbal, non--‐verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the team management experience is preferred.
