I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for contact with our client and provide the best and professional service to them. Assist lab to fulfill the requirement from client and make sure the orders could be finished smoothly.

 

II.      Job Responsibilities:

1.       Checking received sample and contact with client for basic confirmation

2.       Create the checklist  according to client manual and special request

3.       Quotations for business and responsible for payment collection.

4.       Responsible for issue invoice

5.       Try best to solve the problems raised by client.

6.       Report Supervisor about special case

7.       Report quality problems of subcontracting labs to Supervisor;

8.       Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor;

 

III.      Job Requirements:

1.       College degree or above;

2.       Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

3.       Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

4.       Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

5.       Good communication and interpersonal skills;

6.       Can work independently and efficiently;  can work under pressure;

7.       Good computer skill;

8.       Good command of English;

9.       Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;

10.    Familiar with commercial textile standard would be a plus.
