Responsibilities:

1. To manage a department which includes Operation，CRM，Marketing, and Project Operation teams;
2. To push online and offline sales channels to achieve sales target;
3. Set up traffic pool, via mini program, to increase extra exposure rate, traffic and conversion rate;
4. Deeply engage in customer system, to increase approaching rate, member amount, and customer’s life cycle;
5. To increase conversion rate and level up brand via IP cooperation, kinds of advertisement;
6. To provide more sales and service channels via developing new business scenarios;
7. With close cooperation with Retail, E-commerce and IT teams to drive the new  business reform;
8. Cooperate with EC platforms to create and launch new business scenarios

Requirements

1. Language：Good spoken and written English;
2. Work Experience:  8+ year experience in Market/E-commerce
3. Team Management: Preferred to have team management experience；
4. IT relative experience: Preferred to have application management experience;
