职位描述


利马格兰与恒基种业合资公司恒基利马格兰招聘人力资源经理。

工作地点:北京或甘肃张掖

Responsible for thinking about long term organizational design and cultural change, a track record of delivering HR operational excellence to the business, challenging his stakeholders and keen to design and deliver longer-term people initiatives that drive staff engagement focus on:


- Recruitment & Talent management excellence.

- Salary & Rewards strategy development and implementation.

- Training for integrity and career development


Main Tasks:

Management activities:



· Provide strategic leadership for the HR function.

· Manage the HR team ensuring that they are clear about expected standards of performance, motivated and developed to provide a professional HR service.

· Lead the creation of the annual salary budget so that it can deliver the reward strategies agreed with the CEO & Deputy-CEO.

· Provide proactive support and solutions to complex Employee Relations matters including union negotiations.



HR Development 人力资源开发

· Ensure that the HR service maintains and meets the policies, practices and procedures required by the JV shareholders and to properly operate in China.

· Hold regular meetings with the Company managers regarding their development, progress and objectives as well as support them for annual appraisal of each and all the JV employees.

· Lead the implementation of all people initiatives.

· Provide support to senior leaders to enable the effective application of the recruitment, performance management and talent management processes.

· Identify and take actions to develop leadership capability and facilitate talent and succession planning reviews.

· Provide interpretation of the staff survey and facilitate with senior leaders appropriate communication engagement activities with staff.

· Coach leaders to have clear and straightforward conversations with people about their strengths, limitations, development needs and career aspirations and to develop mentoring coaching relationships with key talent.


Salary & Reward Strategy工资与奖励机制

· Advise the CEO & Deputy-CEO on reward strategies for all staff covering salaries, bonus and other benefits.

· As a matter of priority, advise on improvements or alternatives to the current profit related bonus scheme.

· Be the lead advisor to the COMEX on the annual salary review to provide HR advice on a strategic, policy & practical basis.

Organization Design

· Provide insight to senior leaders on organization change activities

Requirment:

· Have appropriate HR related qualification i.e. Masters in Personnel and Development.

· At least 3 years’ Experience in an International company and knowledge of Chinese JV organization.

· Over 3 years’ Experience on managing an HR department in a fast-growing company.

· Chinese & English are mandatory.


· Have an excellent understanding of HR law in China in particular relating to contracts, terms and conditions, discrimination, fair dismissal, grievances etc.

· Awareness of latest developments within employment legislation in the country.

· Excellent communication both written and verbal.

· Self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.

· Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and with discretion.

· Be able to partner at the most senior levels within the business and provide pragmatic solutions to their business issues.

· Possess a positive, can-do and creative approach to challenges and complexity.

· Flexible to work outside the office to meet with all employees and especially staff in the manufacturing site in Gansu Province and Sales team on all the territory.
