岗位职责：

• 负责财务核算、报表编制和账务处理，确保各项报表的真实性、准确性和完整性；

• 负责协调与公司其他部门之间关系及外部行政单位，税务、审计、金融以及外部合作单位关系；

• 根据国家财务、会计、税后等相关政策和公司业务变化，及时提出修改建议和初步方案；

• 熟练掌握财务制度、会计制度和有关法规；

• 编制并严格执行部门预算，对执行中发现的问题，提出建议和措施；

• 按照会计制度，编制记账凭证，做到凭证合法、内容真实、数据准确、手续完备；

• 协助经理建立和优化会计制度、优化财务流程。

 

任职要求：

• 财务会计、金融、经济等相关专业；

• 至少6-8年以上相关工作经验，有外资企业工作经历；

• 较强的财务分析的能力，熟悉会计制度及相关税务法规；

• 具备独立全盘帐务核算和基础实务财务的工作经验，熟悉用友操作软件，了解SAP；

• 熟悉财务报告，了解IFRS及有税务会计经验优先考虑；

• 具备良好的英文口语及阅读能力；

• 具有较强的逻辑思维、沟通能力、组织协调能力，能够合理、有效地协调各项相关工作，注重效率;

• 工作严谨、责任心强、勇于承担、理解能力敏捷、应变灵活。
