1. Quantities Survey, Man-hours and cost estimation according to bidding drawings/documents.

根据招、投标文件说明进行相关专业工作量的计算、工时及各项费用估算；完成商务报价。

2. Responsible for the inquiring price analysis/evaluation, assist the contract engineer to develop and complete the contract.

负责对市场询价价格分析，协助合同工程师完成合同拟定；

4. Be responsible for verifying project progress quantities, change order, and progress payment management.

负责工程进度工程量、变更、以及进度付款管理；

5. Responsible for cost breakdown according to project work breakdown structure (WBS).

负责按项目工作分解结构进行费用分解；

6. Responsible for breaking down the contract amount of owner or main contractor

负责细化分解与业主或总包的合同额；

7. Responsible for the preparation of project internal control budget; Record all expenses incurred for the project; Collect and sort out the project cost, equipment and material price data to be incorporated into the company's database.

负责编制项目内控预算；记录已发生的项目所有费用；收集、整理本项目的费用、造价、设备材料价格数据，以充实公司的相关数据库；

8. Control the project cost, monitor and analyze cost trends, report and make recommendations to project control manager and project manager.

进行项目费用控制，监测与分析费用的发展趋势，向项目控制经理和项目经理报告并提出建议；

9. Assist project manager to estimate the cost of contract and project change order.

协助项目经理进行合同变更和项目变更的费用估算；

10. After the completion of the project, cooperate with the project team for project settlement.

工程交工后，配合项目组对业主进行工程结算；

11. Prepare project cost control monthly report and project settlement report.

编制项目费控月报，编制项目结算报告；

12. Finish other works assigned by superior.

完成上级委派的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor

本科

2.Major in technical economics, engineering or economics

技术经济、工程类或经济类专业

3.Expertise in cost control and economic analysis

具备费用控制和经济分析等方面专业知识

4.More than 10 Years’ experience of cost estimation/budget or project control

十年以上费用估算、项目费用预算和控制工作经验

5.Proficient in English; Ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred;

熟练的英语听说读写能力；能用阿语交流的优先；
