Taylor & Francis, a leading international academic publisher, now have a vacancy for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Beijing. The position involves working in a busy and thriving team assisting with marketing campaigns and administrative tasks, under the direction of a line manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to obtain a comprehensive and deep understanding of Marketing within a company who is a leader in academic publishing.

工作时间：Oct 2019 – Jan 2020 每周工作2天左右或12~16小时。

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble print products reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs
• Assist to produce book catalogs which are the key assets for book sales, including sorting list and design the cover
• Complete monthly booklists forecasting the upcoming titles in the next two months and send to agents every month
• Select key titles and abstract, proofread and design catalog layouts

Skills required:

• Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
• Knowledge and ability with core Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Basic data processing ability and a quick learner for office software
