Main Responsibilities 工作职责：

Cooperate with the business departments to communicate and support for seminars or client events
与各业务部门合作，并为各类商务论坛，研讨会，及客户会议提供支持

    

Collect information on seminars or events, and draft articles for WeChat official account as well as beautify the format according to requirements to ensure the timeliness of publication
在活动中收集素材和资料并撰写相关文章，修饰框架和格式，并按时间要求发布到Mazars官方公众号

    

Daily communicate with related departments such as chambers of commerce
和各工商会保持沟通

    

Update marketing materials, brochures, etc.
更新市场宣传材料，宣传册等

    

Keep real-time communication on promotion in Beijing
对北京的推广计划保持与总部的实时沟通

    

Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
经理安排的其他工作

Qualification 职位要求：

Excellent organization, communication and writing skills
优秀的组织协调，沟通，及写作能力

    

Good command of oral and written English
良好的英语口语及书写能力
