What You Will Do
1.    Organize and lead production line to fulfill production, supervisor and evaluate shifts.
2.    To fulfill company QEHS policy.
3.    Organize production line employees training for technology, know-how, safety and quality.
4.    Be in charge of organizing and refreshing the job safety analysis and safety operation process in production line annually.
5.    Keep equipment in good condition, increase equipment utilization.
6.    Reduce raw material consumption, increase qualification rate.
7.    Reduce personal and equipment accident, ensure safety first.
8.    Keep employee, especially key position person, stabilization.
9.    Make new products and support to relevant lean projects.
10.  Issue relevant reports.
11.  Constitute working processes & behavior code, regulation and encouraging rules in production line;
 
Minimum Qualification：
12.  Prefer college graduate or above and chemical process major is prefer
13.  Three years or above relevant production management experience in chemical, food and pharmacy industry
14.  Good communication both in Chinese and English
15.  SAP operation experience is prefer
