Primary Responsibilities:
The position holder is to set up and execute cell-based screening assays and other in vitro screening assay upon request. Design and conduct experiments for hits validation as well as the mechanism of action of potential drug candidates.
Main Responsibilities:
-Set up functional assays with proper mechanism of action for hits validation.
-Analyze the assay data accurately & timely and interpret the study result properly.
-Careful recording of all experiment results and maintain a well-organized lab notebook.
-Work with the other scientific teams actively to facilitate the project progress and present scientific data to internal audiences.
-Oversee maintenance of equipment and instruments.
职位要求：
Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in cell biology, immunology or molecular biology with 3~5 years of relevant research experience. Strong knowledge in Immunology and Oncology is highly preferred.
-Expertise in cell culture, transfection, transduction, western blot, FACs, real-time PCR, ELISA and other molecular biology techniques.
-Learning agility in order to understand and execute new scientific techniques
-Strong interpersonal skills as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proven English reading and writing proficiency.
