RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Being a major player and the leader for business unit of Content Moderation

2. Manage and deliver operational projects on Content Moderation

3. Identify the trends and determine the long-term solutions on Content Moderation that looking at text, pictures, video, etc.

4. Get methods to understand and incorporate the cultural/geographic specific issues that can arise.

5. Have a heavy focus on Root Cause Analysis RCA on Customer Service programs 6. Understanding that wellness needs to be at top of mind for this work.

BASELINE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor or above degree

2. Fluent English and Chinese skill in speaking and writing.

3. Have at least 5 years' experience in Content Moderation field especially on operation and CM standard

4. Have the right RCA skills and capability to figure out the tools, policies, or as being a key piece of improvements required for long term success.

5. Have team management skill, good communication and coordination skill
