Research the status and the future developing direction of Swith products and system.

Lead the annual/quarterly policy set up

Analyze ,evaluate and manage existing sales channel,analyze sales data of distribution business to evaluate it efficiency.

Analyze and evaluate main competitor’s sales channel

Give the short-term and long-term strategy of develop sale channel and dealer in the future.

Assist Sales director to set up relevant policy for distributor management.and establish the action plan of channel development. 

Maintain distributor digital system to ensure the completeness of the distributors’ authorization and basic information.

Distributor performance tracking and management: monthly/quarterly/annually performance, pacing, vs. target, performance evaluation, etc.

Other tasks assigned by managers.

Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing/business management

At least 5- 10 year experience Marketing/ Channel management

national working experience

Strategic & analytic thinking

Decision making competence

Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems

Be strong in cross business and team collaboration and results driven

Strategy development knowledge.
