Responsibility

- Search and select supplier with competitive price, good performance of quality and delivery,

and work with other internal team to develop current supplier at the same time, to make sure product cost could continue to reduce

under same quality level.

- RFQ and negotiation to ensure reasonable purchasing price achieved with optimal vendor selection.

- Purchasing productivity realization including but not limited to negotiation， supplier change and cost benchmark among different suppliers

- Projects leading or collaboration cross-functionally to ensure projects target met.

- Lead or coordinate with related departments for vendors' performance improvement, especially in case of on time delivery and quality.

- Operational support for actions related up-stream supply chain improvement.

- Vendor management in case of commodity strategyimplementation, business concentration, new vendor introduction and vendor Relationshipmanagement.

Qualification

Education:

Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Supply Chain or Business

Job Related Experience:

- 3+ years procurement experience or SupplyChain related experience

- Practical experience in the procurement of casting, plastics, machined parts, Metal and EE components, such as PCB, PCBA and so on (selective, depends on your position)

- Good communication skill

- Familiar with Project Management and quality systems

- Strong negotiation skills

- Customer centric,

- Logical thinking, Structured and process orientated

- Results Driven

Good command of oraland written English
