1、结合公司战略规划及管理实际，建立内部风控制体系、完善管理流程；
2、对公司现有业务流程进行梳理、风险点识别及有效建议提供，协同各部门合作进行业务流程改进和再造，实现服务提升、防范风险控制；
3、持续开展内控管理活动，完善内控管理报告体系，评价公司内部控制的效果和效率，促进公司内控体系的建立健全；
4、与业务部门保持及时良好沟通、参与业务流程设计，从内控角度给予建议；
5、监控、分析风险数据，对部门合作机构发展和合作进程进行监控，并适时提出调整措施；
6、参与公司重要经营活动，开展事前审计、事中审计，发挥内控预警功能；
7、完成领导交办的其他风险控制专项工作
任职要求：
1、统招全日制，本科学历及以上；
2、5年以上内控相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验，四大内控咨询有3年以上甲方经验；
3、具有良好的职业道德，工作态度和学习能力，高度的自我驱动和结果导向；
4、具有良好的跨部门沟通能力、团队精神。
