Responsibilities:

-         Manage all aspects of the project business plan and budget

-         Lead the operational, financial and technological aspects of projects based on timelines and work plans

-         Coordinate directly with all related parties to ensure successful completion of the project

-         Track project deliveries using project management tools

-         Manage the design of the project documents to monitor project performance and data stored

-         Resolve, trace and escalate critical issues to minimize project risk factors

-         Communicate intensively with sub-contractors and vendors to establish cordial/effective working relationship

-         Report on project progress and communicate relevant information to superiors and company management

Requirements:

-         Bachelor’s degree or above

-         5 years design track record and portfolio in interior retail design; preferably for international brand

-         3 years project management experience

-         Proficient in MS, PPT, Word, Excel, Project software and CAD3D software

-         Good English ability both oral and written
