Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is a 2-year programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment.

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

As a Production Engineer you will be involved in the following activities:
- Participation in the operation of production line / 参与到包材生产线的日常运营管理
- Delivery the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs) / 确保产线的KPI达成
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure product quality, order delivery, machine efficiency etc. / 快速响应生产过程中发生的关于产品质量、订单交付和设备效率等问题
- Coordinate between different working processes of the whole production line / 协调整个产线中不同工段的生产流程
- Working site management / 生产现场管理
- WCM Activities in the Factory / 参与工厂WCM的各项活动

QUALIFICATIONS：
- Master degree in engineering related Major / 高分子材料、食品科学等与工程类相关硕士学历。
- You have good command of English and computer skills / 良好的英文能力，熟练掌握计算机办公能力
- You like to solve problems and you have a strong personal drive / 喜欢解决问题并具有不断自我推动的内驱力
- You are result oriented with a genuine technical interest and an analytical ability / 结果导向，具有分析问题的能力，愿意专研技术问题
- Passionate about applying theoretical knowledge into actual challenges. 对于理论应用到实践，有热诚愿尝试
- True team player with good communication skills / 良好的沟通能力，愿意团队合作
- Good ability of logical thinking and proactive / 有主动性，逻辑能力强
