职位描述
专业要求：法律。
岗位职责（概述)：
1、常规性法律事务：协助拟定和编制公司法律事务文书，起草、审核、规范公司对外业务合同，企业内部文件、制度的合规性审核；
2、涉诉事务：协助处理相关法律纠纷、仲裁、诉讼处理，与外聘律师工作的协调和内部管控；
3、法律支持：协助公司各部门或公司投融资项目提供法律咨询与服务；
4、法律风险防范：协助进行相关法律法规汇编及更新，配合公司各部门，结合业务需求开展相关培训；
5、领导交待的其他事项。
任职资格（技能、素质等要求）：
1、本科及以上学历，法学专业；
2、英文优秀（能审核日常的英文商务合同）；
3、有较强的责任心及抗压能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力、应变能力及文字功底；
4、通过律师资格考试（或国家司法考试）者优先。
