岗位职责（概述)：

1、公司品牌、产品品牌塑造等相关的视觉设计（包括：VI、广告、网页、包装以及其他推广媒介的设计）；
2、把控第三方公司进行创意思路发展和具体创意表现的执行；
3、把控和管理供应商的物料制作、执行和产出；
4、参与管理品牌，制定品牌视觉规范；
5、控制相关创意工作的执行落地质量；
6、其他日常设计和创意工作。

任职资格（技能、素质等要求）：

1、学历要求：全日制专业院校美术、艺术、设计管理、视觉传达等专业毕业本科及以上；
2、 知识与技能：良好的审美鉴赏能力和创意思维，能把控整体画面；执行出色，效率超群，能独立完成工作；
3、其他: 具备影视、平面、终端及web方面的广告创作知识和经验者优先考虑。能够熟练使用设计软件，如photoshop、illustrator、coreldraw等，熟悉各类广告物料的正稿、输出、印刷及制作流程，英文听说读写良好。

工作地点：北京市朝阳区东三环中路5号财富金融中心50层。
