Essential Duties and Responsibilities：

• Develop research projects as well as to strengthen and expand the existing research projects;
• Devise and contribute to the development of proposals for external funding of research projects;
• Develop research contributions to subject areas using methodologies, critical evaluations, interpretations,analyses and other appropriate techniques;
• Participate in field studies to collect data and information;
• Suggest and contribute to the development of research techniques, models ?and methods in collaboration with colleagues;
• Contribute to the production of research reports and publications;
• Prepare papers for the research team, Steering Group and other bodies;
• Prepare summaries and materials for reports, publications and website;
• Present research at national and international conferences / meetings as appropriate;
• Maintain knowledge and understanding within the field, transforming and applying knowledge acquired to research;
• Additional research related duties as needed.

Requirements：

• Doctoral degree in Microeconomics, Economics of the Public Sector, Industrial Economics, Public Policy or other related fields. Exceptionally qualified Master's degree candidates will be considered；
• Extensive experience in and knowledge of quantitative research methods, including study design, instrument design,data analysis, and reporting of research results；
• Extensive experience in and knowledge of qualitative research techniques, including grounded theory, qualitative data collection techniques, and analysis of qualitative data;
• In-depth knowledge of statistical techniques, and extensive experience in employing those techniques, including application of descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, and multivariate modeling；
• Experience in developing a variety of research reports and products, including publications for peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations；
• Experience with statistical analysis software.

基本职责：

• 搜集研究项目所需要的中、英文资料；整理相关资料、文件和报告；
• 与国内知名教授及政府官员共同工作，参与项目研究；
  
• 参与实地调研，收集数据和信息。
  

岗位要求：

• 在微观经济学、公共部门经济学、产业经济学、公共政策等领域取得硕士学位。有博士学位者优先。
  
• 具有丰富的定量、定性研究经验；
• 熟练应用计量模型、有数理统计背景优先；
  
• 有国外学习经历，研究机构工作经验者优先；
• 良好的沟通能力与信息搜集整理分析能力、良好的中英文沟通能力。
