组织编制部门年、季、月度销售计划及销售费用预算，并监督实施；
向直接下属授权，并布置工作，监督及支持部门销售人员完成销售计划；
了解所辖市场工作情况和相关数据；
积极与上级领导协调沟通，对设定期间内区域销售指标与销售成果的达成负责；
组织部门产品和竞争对手产品在市场上销售情况的调查，综合客户的反馈意见，组织市场调查分析，市场机会开拓和合作伙伴开发；撰写市场调查报告，提交部门经理及各上层审查；
编制与销售直接相关的广告宣传计划，提交总经理办公室；
组织下属人员做好销售合同的签订、履行与管理工作，监督销售人员做好应收账款的催收工作；
制定本部门相关的管理制度并监督检查下属人员的执行情况；
组织对部门客户的售后服务，与技术部门联络以取得必要的技术支持；
对下属人员进行业务指导和工作考核；
组织建立销售情况统计台账，定期报送部门经理审核；
严格遵守公司各项规章制度，处处起到表率作用；
每月月末前，必须把工作总结交到部门经理审核。
负责部门销售人员的相关必要培训，做好团队育人、留人相关工作，建立团结、高效销售团队；
完成部门经理安排的其他日常工作。

Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing sales personnel, sales activities, and accounts. Manage quality, consistency and profitability of Swiss-Bread service and delivery.
2. Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profit goals.
3. Professionalize marketing material appearance
4. Analyze the products of competitive competition companies.
5. Correct and keep updated our internet appearance
6. Draft and implement Swiss-Bread’s external marketing events calendar (participation in congresses, exhibitions, engagement of press, advertisements etc.)
7. Provide sales & Marketing report and statistics to the management
8. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activities, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
9. Prepare and make sales & Marketing presentations, proposals and contracts
10. Complete SB’s internal marketing and sales documentation and process
11. Coordinate the monthly news letter for the sales team and customers

13. Developments, information, or feedback gathered through sales activity.
