岗位职责:

?Conducts surveillance for hospital acquired infections; analyzes data. Generates reports, identifies trends.
?监测医院获得性感染；分析感染数据；生成感染数据报告并确定医院感染趋势
?Provides recommendations for improvement.
?为医院感染控制的改进提供建议
?Investigates clusters of infections, outbreaks.
?调查一系列感染及其爆发情况
?Utilizes knowledge of microbiology, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of patient care equipment and environment.
?熟练掌握患者护理设备和环境的微生物学监测，清洁，消毒和灭菌方法
?Develop and implement infection prevention policies and procedures based on best-practise.
?根据***实践制定和实施感染预防制度和程序
?Conducts audits on infection prevention practices.
?对感染预防措施的执行进行检查
?Provides education and serves as a consultant to various levels of care providers.
?为各级护理人员提供专业培训及咨询服务
?Coordinates infection prevention committee meetings and other related activities.
?协调医院感染管理委员会会议及其他相关活动
?Coordinates the annual infection prevention risk assessment, review and evaluation of the organization's infection prevention plan. Reports communicable diseases as required by local MOH in Guangzhou.
?协调年度感染控制风险评估，审查和评估医院感染管理委员会制定的感染管理计划，并按照广州当地卫生部的要求汇报医院传染病发生情况。
?Collaborates with health departments in complying with issues related to outbreaks and control of communicable diseases, and issues related to occupational health safety.
?配合卫生部门，及时采取有效措施控制传染病的爆发，提高职业健康安全。
?Other duties as assigned.

任职资格:

?Bachelor's Degree or above in Nursing, Microbiology or closely related field.
?护理学，微生物学或其它相关学科学士及以上学位。
?RN preferred.
?注册护士优先
?Minimum of three to five years of experience in nursing, infection prevention or medical technology in international medical facility.
?至少三到五年的海外医院护理，感染预防或医疗技术经验。
?Strong communication, clinical assessment and computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related programs).
?良好的沟通，临床评估和计算机技能（即Word，Excel，PowerPoint和其他相关办公软件）。

广州泰和肿瘤医院（GCCC）坐落于广州市黄埔区中新广州知识城，是一家按照国内三级肿瘤专科医院标准、以及国际***医疗机构标准来建设的癌症防治中心。医院致力于打造医疗技术高地和医学人文高地，以国际诊疗规范为肿瘤患者提供包括质子治疗在内的放疗、化疗、手术的多学科诊疗服务。医院建成之后将有400余张病床，医护人员800余人，建设目标是在广州创立一个具备临床诊疗、癌症预防、医学研究、专科培训、远程会诊的 “五位一体” 的国际化癌症中心，造福广大肿瘤患者。
GCCC于2010年获批入围《广东省现代产业500强项目》，设置肿瘤内科、肿瘤外科、放疗中心（含质子治疗系统等）等临床科室。2021年5月获得医疗执业许可证，2021年6月全面投入运营；总投资超过30亿元人民币。
