As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Business Function Quality & Operations Business and Quality Business Line (BL) based in Beijing.

You will be at the heart of driving a quality culture within Quality Business Line (BL) / Business Function Quality & Operations Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. You will be responsible for quality control of production materials related to high voltage power equipment.

- Analyze and deal with non-conformance materials, conduct in-depth technical clarification with suppliers, and follow up to verify the improvement effect of suppliers.
- Participate in supplier quality improvement project.
- Adjust the sampling proportion, based on material production process, and supplier performance so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of incoming inspection
- Instruct inspectors to carry out first sample inspection and routine inspection, improve inspection methods and means.
- Organize and participate in supplier site inspection and witness test.
- Participate in supplier process audit, verify the improvement of major problems happened, and point out potential risks in supplier production.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Mechanical Automation or related majors from regular Universities.
- 5+ years of working experience in large and medium Power Equipment Industry or Machinery Manufacturing Industry, including 3 years of working experience in Process or Quality Control.
- Expertise with SAP is preferred.
- Familiar with various Mechanical Manufacturing processes, including casting, machining, heat treatment processing, welding, etc.
- Familiar with relevant international and domestic standards.
- Holder of six sigma green belt or black belt certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of power products is preferred.
- Good communication & cooperation ability & problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in MS office software.
- Good at English language.
