Primary Responsibilities主要职责

1.To establish/maintain the smooth running and effectiveness of the restaurant and reservation in accordance with management standards and procedures ensuring courteous and efficient service to the guests

按照公司要求创立一个有效运营的餐厅环境，为顾客提供谦恭有效的服务

2.Server’s main responsibility is to assist the supervisor, collect the food from the kitchen and serve the customer

主要的职责是辅助主管，从厨房拿菜，为客顾客上菜

3.Punctual, efficient and above all courteous. Assumes at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and never speaks in a loud voice to other employees. Constantly strives to give excellent friendly service

准时上下班，谦恭，有效，在每个顾客面前都要保持愉快和乐于助人的态度，从不大声讲话，给顾客最完美的服务

4. Must always relay any customer complaints regardless how small to the restaurant-in-charge or supervisor

任何大小的投诉都要及时的汇报给主管或经理

5.Always well-groomed and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform

按要求穿着制服，外观整洁

6. Always aware of work schedule. Punctual and must give adequate notice whenever serious circumstances prevent from adhering to his schedule

清楚自己的日程安排，不能上班时一定要提前书面通知给经理

7.Never uses equipment for any purpose for which it is not intended either by house rule or by custom

未经同意不能私自使用任何餐厅设备

8. Responsible to the supervisor, and must assist supervisor’s duties. Must ensure before service starts that all tables are correctly laid up, mise-en-place is all ready. When the supervisor takes the order, pick up the food when it is ready and proceed directly to the guest’s table. The food is to be served hot. If there are any complaints no matter how small, must report the matter to his supervisor. Tables are to be cleaned and reset at once

工作汇报给主管，营业前一定要确保所有的桌子都布置完毕，每个区域都准备好，当主管接受订单后，服务员应该把菜上给顾客，食物一定要在合适的温度内给到顾客，如果顾客有投诉，应立即汇报给主管，清洁桌面和重新铺台应该一次完成

9.Makes certain that own station is clean before going off duty. Breakage which occurred during the day must be reported to the restaurant manager at the end of each day

下班前一定要确定自己的工作区域清洁完毕，有破损情况要在下班前汇报给经理

10. Will be assigned certain side work that must be completed prior to the opening or after the closing of the restaurant each day. Responsible to complete the work to the satisfaction of the outlet even though is assigned to a specific station with which he must be completely familiar, may be called from during the course of service to help on another station

服务区域是指定的，但是不是一成不变的，任何一个经理指定的位置都是工作区域

11. In the absence of the supervisor, should be able to take the order. Must know how the items on the menu are prepared

如果主管不在场，要接受顾客订单，清楚了解我们的菜单

12.Aware of all house rules and not only obeys them but assists in enforcing them
