Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is a 2-year programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment.

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

As a Pre-project Engineer you will be involved in the following activities:
- Participation during the sales phase of Tetra Pak dairy，Ice cream，Powder，Prepare food and beverage processing machines. / 参与乳品、冰激凌、粉末、御制食品和饮料前处理设备项项目的前期销售准备阶段
- Collect together with sales responsible the customer’s needs and all relevant information to establish an offer for dairy and beverage plants. / 与销售团队共同收集客户需求和相关信息，为客户提供方案
- Coordinate within the team and outside the team the resources and competencies which are required to elaborate united offer / 协调团队及内外部资源，以确保项目整体方案全面精准
- Select the right technical solution / 选择最优技术法案
- Elaborate the quotation material, either budget or firm quotations / 详尽编写投标材料、预算或者报价
- Elaboration of all the cost and price calculation of the project / 详尽计算项目成本及报价
- Presentations to customers, reference visits, visit customers together with sales responsible or alone. / 与销售团队一同参与客户拜访、客户汇报等

QUALIFICATIONS：
- Master’s degree in food technology / 硕士学历，主修食品科学与工程类相关专业
- Good knowledge of food technology, Automation knowledge is a plus / 熟悉食品技术及自动化专业知识优先
- Good command of English and computer skills /良好的英文及计算机能力
- True team player with good communication skills / 积极的团队合作和良好的沟通能力
- Willing to solve problems and you have a strong personal drive / 愿意专研解决问题，能够自我激励追求目标达成
