Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is a 2-year programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment.

 

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

 

As a Marketing Specialist you will be involved in the following activities:

• Training on the job related to consumer insight and category management (involving in research activities, mastering BI tools, supporting category projects) /与消费者洞察和品类管理相关的工作培训（涉及调研活动、掌握BI工具、品类项目支持）

• Training on the job related to portfolio management with deployment interaction with portfolio team and commercial team/与投资组合团队和商务团队进行部署互动的投资组合管理相关工作培训

• Training on the job related to operational marketing, supporting marketing projects defined in key account plan/培训与运营营销相关的工作，支持关键客户计划中定义的营销项目

• Be proactively engaged with commercial team to understand key account operation, customer needs, and deliver marketing services to support business initiatives with supervision of senior colleagues/积极与商业团队合作，了解重要客户运营、客户需求，并提供营销服务，在高级同事的监督下支持业务活动

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree preferably in business / 商科类硕士学历，市场专业优先

• Good command of English and computer skills is required / 良好的英文沟通能力及计算机应用能力

• Willing to solve problems with a strong personal drive / 愿意专研解决问题，能够自我激励追求目标达成

• Good communication skill with strong willingness to drive result / 良好的沟通能力，并能够积极推动、追求结果

• Being committed and being able to work hard under pressure / 有责任心能在工作中承受一定的压力

• Strong market sensitivity and self-development ability / 具有较强的市场敏锐度及自我发展能力
