Job Summary 职位概述

The main responsibility of this role is to plan and prepare production schedules to make sure on time shipment and high efficient production. The role is also responsible for assisting co-worker and manager on raw material purchasing management

该岗位主要职责负责主计划和生产计划,确保高效生产、生产订单准时出货。并负责协助同事和经理管理原料采购的相关工作

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

? Backup of Chief Planner for Master Plan and Production Scheduling. 主计划及生产计划储备员 ?Backup of purchasing orders tracking for both RMs and Trading. 原料及贸易产品采购储备员

?Draw up production plan, scheduling sequence according to production cycle time and raw materials availability. Target to meet "Request Ship Date" associated with customers’ orders.

根据产能及原料情况，合理制定、安排生产计划，已确保满足客户订单交期

?Maintain and optimize smooth workflow following up with guideline of capacity verification, special process requirements.

根据产能及特殊工艺要求优化生产安排确保日常工作平稳进行

?Expedite operating measures to mitigate impact of any schedule delay situation and reschedule in timely manner.

紧急事物的合理安排 ?ERP system data maintenance

ERP 系统数据维护

?Closely coordinate with customer service, production and quality department to achieve high level of internal customer satisfaction on the top of achieving on time shipment goals.

与客服、生产、质量等内部客户紧密合作以达成按时出货

?Analyse and handle finish goods inventory, slow moving and obsolete items to maintain targeted inventory turnover. 分析控制成品、呆滞成品库存已保持良好的成品存货周转率

?Keep getting better to optimize planning process.

优化计划流程

?Track purchase orders status with suppliers. Monitor the entire process of import clearance and ensure goods arrival as requested delivery date. Assure Customs Compliance during import process.

对采购原料料数量及交期状况给予跟踪，及时掌握发货、到货及清关进度，确保适时到货。确保关务合规性

?Perform all other assignments as directed by the manager.

完成领导安排的其他事宜

Measurement - according to Balance Score Card.

Requirements：岗位要求

?College degree or above in Business, International Trading or related disciplines

大专或以上学历，商务、国际物流等相关专业

?Minimum of 3 years’ experience as planner or buyer in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Food/Pharmaceutical industry prefers

生产企业3年以上计划或采购工作相关工作经验，食品或药品企业优佳

?Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.

熟练操作计算机办公及电子商务等相关软件

?Experience with ERP is a plus.

ERP经验优先

?Effective communication skill, both oral and written in English and Mandarin. 良好的沟通技巧，英语读写能力

?Attention to details, open-minded, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure.
