Project Management and Delivery:

• Craft compelling and innovative solutions to meet client business problems in collaboration with more experienced consultants;

• Participate in the delivery of Culture & Engagement related consulting projects,  coordinating or assisting in the management of assigned projects, understanding client 's business challenges, designing customized engagement questionnaire to meet client's specific needs, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, providing thoughtful insights, and offering actionable advice to clients’HR and business leaders.

      

Client and Business Development:

• Support client and business development activities;

• Support the development and maintenance of service excellence and revenue growth.

    

Thought Leadership:

• Contribute to the firm's knowledge management/knowledge sharing activities;

• Contribute to the firm's research studies / whitepaper publication.

 

Qualifications: 

• Client orientation and enjoys providing solutions that impact on client's business results;

• 4 to 6 years of relevant industry or consulting experience, with at least 2 years of project management experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Consulting Manager;

• Good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies;

• Ability to work in a team-based environment;

• Excellent analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills;

• Proficient in both Chinese and English languages;

• Graduate degree, MBA preferred.
