岗位职责:

? Greet patients and check patients in; update patient’s information on Trakcare
? Handle incoming calls; take messages and route messages to appropriate party
? Set and maintain physician/clinic appointments
? Registration for new patient
? Manage daily clinic activities through Trakcare
?Prepare medical files and insurance claim forms for direct billing
?Check and ensure the accuracy of the patient registration details & document completion
?Assist physicians and nurses on patient communication
?Participate QI data collection for the department level and hospital level
?Follow hospital policy and procedures
?Order and maintain all the clinical forms available for department
?Ensure that the waiting area is tidy and clean
?Collect or inform patient of outstanding balance
?Show positive good working attitude and willingness to take on challenges at work
?Enter into Track and prepare bills to be paid
?Collect payment and issue receipts to patients
?Checking the un-invoiced report on daily basis, and follow it up in time
?Fill in and submit the ‘internal transfer form’ on daily basis;
?Follow up the incomplete claim forms with clinic doctor and nurse on daily basis;
?Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manger
?Independently take up a cashier role

? Willing and capable to independently work in all combined clinics as arranged
?Assist junior staffs in solving difficult situations
?Work on different projects assigned by supervisor and manager.
?Train new staffs
?Department service rounding
?Be in charge of team time keeping
?Be in charge of phone audit
?Be in charge of the report assigned by manager.
?Be in charge of frontline financial security in clinic.
?Clinic FaPiao machine management (including: FaPiao details monthly declaration, FaPiao application, FaPiao safekeeping, processing the returned FaPiao on monthly basis

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? College or university graduate preferred.
? Working experience in health organization is desirable
? Cashier and finance experience preferred

Skills:
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment.
? Excellent oral and written English and Chinese.
? Good office computer software skills
? Proficient in managing Trakcare system
? Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette
? Good customer service skill
? Good Cashier or Finance Knowledge
? Caring in nature, organized and service-oriented
? A team player
