Position & Missions 

The key element of the entire production preparation flow, you will be part of the Asia R&D Order Industrialization Department. You will be in charge of supporting the technical treatment of new orders by creating and validating the products “Bill Of Materials” (BOM) according to the drawings and other R&D data before their treatment by supply chain and manufacturing. You will report directly to the R&D Order Industrialization Supervisor and your main tasks will be: 

1. Track all the new orders waiting for Technical Treatment.

2.Verify the conformity of the BOM already automatically created by the company’s product builder and correct them when needed before validating them.

3.Report to the Digital Industrialization Manager all the issues generated by the company’s product builder, so he can manage its continuous improvement.

4.Create special designs or new products’ BOM following the data included in the drawings created by the design team.

5. Analyze the newly issued modifications diffusions to apply the potential modifications in the existing BOM.

6.Support production requests to correct BOM when issues are detected during production.

Profile and Skills

1. Problem-solving oriented, self-learning ability, autonomy, proactivity, dynamism, ability to handle high workload, strong enthusiasm to support the teams

2.Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings

3.Experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, …) and BOM creations

4.Bachelor degree in Electro-mechanical industry.

5. Reading English is a plus

岗位职责：

1.跟踪等待技术处理的所有新订单。

2.验证公司产品制造商自动创建的BOM的一致性，并在验证之前根据需要进行更正。

3.向数字产业化经理汇报公司产品制造商产生的所有问题，以便管理其持续改进。

4.根据设计团队创建的图纸中包含的数据，创建特殊设计或新产品的BOM。

5.分析新发布的修改扩散，应用到现有BOM的潜在修改中。

6.当生产过程中检测到问题时，支持生产请求以更正BOM。

职位要求：

1.机电专业本科以上

2.会看机械图纸

3.有ERP（Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, …）和创建BOM的经验

4.出色的解决问题能力、自学能力、积极主动性、抗压性及团队合作能力

5.英语好是加分项
