工作职责:

The Strategic Partnership intern will support the Greenpeace East Asia China Office Operation and Strategic Partnership Manager for building strategic partnership with current key temporary activity permit Chinese partners as well as other potential academics, NGOs and social organizations. In addition, the Strategic Partnership Intern will also work with Strategic Partnership Manager in the formulation and execution of strategic engagement design and assessment. The intern will report directly to the Operation and Strategic Partnership Manager throughout the internship.

Scope of Responsibilities

? Basic study and understanding of China INGO law;

? Conducting industry, relevant partners/organizations research and analysis on the various Greenpeace China campaign issues to identify core competencies and organizational gaps in support of partnership-building efforts;

? Work with Operation and Strategic Partnership Manager on strategic partnership framework, principles and assessment tool design;

? Support for creating outreach materials for potential partners and other Logistics in the engagement development meetings and activities;

? Maintenance of data entry;

? Identify opportunities to participate in high level public and private sector industry events and key conferences and assess benefits of GP China Office’s participation;

? Write meeting minutes and related translation works;

? Other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications and Skills

? The intern must have studied in environmental, social sciences, international relations, business or other similar subject at master level;

? Available for a minimum of four working days a week;

? Native Mandarin speaker and proficiency in English, written and spoken;

? Detail-attentive with a strong sense of responsibility;

? Good communication skills;

? Capacity to work under pressure;

? Excellent interpersonal skills.
