-运营管理大、中型测评或咨询类项目，负责项目的交付实施；

-定期为销售队伍进行测评业务培训；

-指导和培养测评顾问，提高顾问水平；

-识别客户的复杂需求，设计针对性的人才测评解决方案；

-与客户建立良好信任关系，赢得业务机会；

-根据项目需要，为客户提供人才测评相关培训。

任职要求：

-本科及以上学历，心理学、管理学、人力资源专业优先；

-3年以上HR或人才测评顾问工作经验，熟悉人力资源相关工作；

-有企业招聘、人才选拔等相关工作经历者优先；

-有良好的沟通协调能力，思维逻辑性强；

-具有很强的观察能力和人际敏感性；

-有较强的客户服务意识，善于把握及引导客户需求；

-具备团队协作意识，责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
