工作职责:

1. Be responsible for system spec, analog circuit architecture and block spec;

2. Lead other analog design members for analog circuit implementation and chip-level circuit integration;

3. Communicate with layout team for chip floorplan and the quality of macro layout;

4. Communicate with device/process team for key peripheral device requirement;

5. Train new employee;

任职资格:

1. Master degree or above in related fields such electrical engineering, computer science, physics and etc;

2. At least 5 years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC product development;

3. Solid knowledge of analog circuitry, device physics, semiconductor process, analog circuitry and system;

4. Experience on memory product is a strong plus;

5. Excellent communication skills and team work spirit;
