As a Finance Intern, ABB's High Voltage Products team provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.

You will play a key role in financial controlling within the HV Breakers & Modules Product Group/ High Voltage Products Business Line/ Power Grids Business, in Beijing/China country/NAS region. You will be responsible for Finance & Controlling department assistant.

- Bank transaction: BAD acceptance, issuance, discounting, etc.
- Confirm collection in AR database
- Report: TFL Monthly Reconciliation, BAD report, etc.
- AP related tasks, payment checker etc.
- Department admin: F&C department coordinator with other department, document filing, car arrangement, and office supply purchasing, etc.
- Coordinator with GBS Finance for scanning issue, mail out the ETE & invoice documents regularly.

- Student who is studying at University, major in Accounting, Financial Management, etc.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Strong Knowledge in Accounting.
- Good at Excel & PPT Skills.
- Team spirit and good at communication and coordination skills.
- Quick learner and great at time management.
- Fluent in English.
