Responsibilities:

主要职责：

• Learn about the project information and identify the high-level requirements for the new transport business

• 了解新项目的背景及相关信息，识别项目的高层级需求

• Confirm all function leaders with project sponsor/owner, establish the project implementation team and lead the implementation activities

• 与项目发起人/所有人确认各职能负责人，组建并领导项目团队进行项目实施活动

• Develop the detail project plan(project scope, implementation activities and project timeline, etc.) with project team members

• 与项目团队成员一起确定具体的项目计划（工作范围、实施任务明细及时间表等）

• Control the project implementation to ensure project deliverables and milestones (transport or warehouse resource deployment, SOP development, operation training, trial run, system UAT, etc.)have been met

• 监督项目进展，保证项目关键节点和成果的及时完成（如运输或仓库资源到位、SOP编写、操作培训、试运行、系统UAT等）

• Establish an appropriate project communication mechanism to ensure effective communication including the regular review meeting with customers/internal team members/vendors

• 建立合理的项目沟通机制，并定期进行项目状态回顾（包括客户/内部/代理等）

• Conduct project risk management and set up appropriate procedures

• 进行有效的项目风险管理，识别与分析项目风险并规划应对措施

• Manage the stakeholders to have appropriate engagement in project decisions and activities to improve their satisfaction

• 管理干系人合理参与项目决策与活动，提升干系人满意度

• Closely monitor the project status after project go-live and officially transit the project to the transport operation team when operation is stable

• 项目上线后紧密监控项目状态，稳定后正式将项目移交给运输操作团队

• Develop the project documents and file all the documents with the compliance to transport implementation procedures.

• 按要求创建相关项目文件并整理归档

• When facing challenge and difficulty in project implementation, has the flexibility and capability to support work of other functions, with the authority of head of project implementation.

• 在面临难度高并富有挑战性的项目时，在项目实施团队负责人的安排下，有能力灵活地对项目管理之外的工作进行临时补位

岗位要求：

• Bachelor’s degree or above, no major restriction

• 本科以上学历，无专业限制

• At least 2 years of work experience in logistics industry or supply chain management

• 至少两年以上的物流行业或供应链管理工作经验

• Experience with project management or warehouse operation management is highly preferred

• 有项目管理或仓库运营管理经验者优先

• Fluent written and spoken English

• 良好的英文口语及写作技能

• Good responsibility, good leadership and teamwork spirit, good communication skills with different parties

• 有责任心，良好的领导力、团队合作精神及沟通技能

• Able to solve problem independently and work under pressure

• 能独立解决问题且具备良好的抗压能力

• Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, quality and cost control

• 有很强的计划安排能力，成本及质量管控能力

• Faster learner in terms of skills and knowledge for different industries

• 有很强的快速学习能力，包括对不同行业的知识及技能的学习

• Excellent in excel, power point and other office software, good data analysis skills

• 熟练操作Excel、PPT与其他办公软件，并有良好的数据分析能力

• Accept a certain amount of time to work abroad

• 接受一定时间的驻外工作

• Relevant professional experience in the industry is preferable (Auto spare parts/Electronics/Industry/Retail/Consumer/ Life Science Health Care)

• 在行业中有相应专业经验为佳（汽车零配件/电子/工业/零售/消费品/生命科学健康医疗）

Deutsche Post DHL Group（以下简称“DPDHL”）与顺丰控股股份有限公司于2018年10月26日达成战略合作并分别由双方各自的子公司签署相关协议，顺丰控股将整合DPDHL在中国大陆、中国香港和中国澳门地区的供应链 （DHL Supply Chain）业务。 该交易于2019年2月18日完成。交易完成后，敦豪物流（北京）有限公司、敦豪供应链（香港）有限公司及其下属子公司的最终控制权将变更为顺丰控股。

DPDHL与顺丰控股的联合将打造一个独一无二的平台——顺丰DHL供应链中国，满足中国市场对优质端到端供应链服务的需求。业务仍将遵循DPDHL全球的标准体系，由现有的团队继续运营管理。
