Position back up for administrative tasks 

Title: international coordination and communication, APAC, B2B Event organization Group 

Job type: internship 

Period: June - Sep 

Requirements :

• Native Chinese and fluent English 
• Able to work from 9 to 6pm, Mon-Friday 
• Excellent skills on Office Pack 
• Cold calling experience required 
• CRM management is a plus 
• CAD drawing is a plus 

Missions ：

- back up on shows and events in Paris, CHINA, South East Asia, Middle

- East and Canada - cold calling for APAC area and register all calls under CRM 

- clean up CRM requests - Manage CRM extraction 

- emailing & marketing target according to lists offered by sales rep in Shanghai 

- floorplan drawing with CAD and/or excel files 

- research on Food & Beverage industries in APAC build reports and excel listings in order to help the team to prepare      shows visits and Business Plan 

- manage LinkedIn account 

- tag the shows, etc.… under our systems what to be learned 

- working in an international environment learn international business strategies and researches 

- improve negotiation skills 

- learn about different working cultures team work 

- event management and organization 

- Business Plan 

- F&B industries We would like to get Resume/CV and a letter/email of motivation in Chinese and English
