2.具有销售行业的从业背景，曾任职品牌运营管理经验2年以上；

3.具有战略眼光，具备较强的市场分析及解决实际问题的能力，思维缜密；

4.熟悉无损检测与医疗器械市场的渠道，具备开发终端用户与建立经销网络的实际经验优先；

5.具备较强的营销策划能力，熟悉各类媒体运作方式，有大型市场活动的经验的优先；

6.具有良好的团队凝聚与引领能力潜质；

7.大学本科以上学历，营销等相关专业优先考虑；

8.英语6级以上，有较强的口译能力。

9.优秀的人际沟通、谈判、协调能力，思维敏捷；

10.有强烈的事业心和责任感，具备良好的人际交往、社会活动能力及商务谈判能力。

职责描述：

1.拟定、完善销售计划与市场销售政策，并报公司领导批准。

2.定期或适时组织开展客户满意度调查，汇总调查结果。

3.协调新影像销售与市场部、物流部、设计部、财务部以及其他部门之间的工作关系。

4.严格执行4R管理，定期检查销售人员的工作情况，督促销售人员努力工作。

5.严格执行公司批准的营销政策。

6.负责审核部门日常事务。
