Job description Responsibilities: ? Operate the day to day IT Service Desk to our employees in 3 offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand through phone call, emails and online ticketing system. ? Monitors and track incident, request in IT ticketing system. Responsible for dispatching and escalating ticket to next support level.  Continuous monitoring and forward movement of end user issues until they are resolved. ? Manage and operate the delivery of all End User Device including Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Mobile device. ? Responsible for all PC heath status; ensure all computers are properly patched and virus protected. ? Manage telecommunication system, PABX and cabling system. Work with external vendor to ensure smooth operations and SLA are met. ? Liaise with external vendor and contractor working offsite and/or dispatch field services. ? Prepare and participate in disaster recovery and unscheduled shutdown drills ? Prepare report as request by management. 

Desired Skills and Experience Education & certifications: Educated to Diploma level (preferred) in a Computer Science subject or related equivalent 

Work Experience ? Some working knowledge in a IT Support Organization ? Experience in handling different level of end users ? Experience in handling user request and communicate expectation. 

Personal & organisational Skills: ? Good problem solving skills. ? Good communication skills, written and verbally across all level of the business ? High analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills ? Excellent task management skills ? Customer Service focused ? ITIL foundation certification ? Language: ? English –  fluently, both written and verbal ? Chinese –  fluently, both written and verbal 

Technical Skills ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Server and Active Directory ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Technology in General ? Working knowledge of Windows Operating System (Win7 and Win10). ? Excellent Administration and Reporting
