Strategy Development
Development of a market strategy for probiotics, including the interaction and synergy with existing products in AN
Business setup and execution
- Price and volume steering
- Developing sales strategy and tactics
- With TS and Sales, Developing, managing, and relationship building with end users and sales channels
- Support registration of products in all countries in Asia North
- Implementation of managing order income, deliveries, forecasting, etc.
Marketing and Market Intelligence
Establishing a sustainable market intelligence for probiotics incl. applications,competitors, prices
Development of annual sales and marketing plans including technical development plan
Implementation of these plans in close cooperation with Sales
Development and implementation of market development measures
Development of marketing material and market communication
Reporting
Provision of monthly reports and 4MRF
Coordination of reporting between internal and external stakeholders
Learning and Exchange
Coordinating and exchanging learnings for sales and technical sales
employees
Sound knowledge in Marketing and Sales including pricing strategies.
Financial background and sound understanding of business processes and accounting
Experience in agricultural industry preferred
Needs good understanding of CRM, SAP and office applications
Project management skills, structuring of complex tasks
