职位描述

岗位职责：

1、 负责骨科及运动医学术前、术后、非手术治疗康复方案的制定；

2、 熟练运用PT治疗手法对患者的康复治疗方案进行具体的实施和跟踪反馈，对康复效果进行阶段性评估；

3、 按照要求规范填写病人病例及治疗报告；

4、 与其他医护人员合作，收集和处理患者相关信息；

5、 对患者进行康复教育和有效建议；

6、 协助对初级康复师的指导和检查；

7、 积极参加相关专业培训；

8、 临床风险管理；

9、 参与市场相关工作。

任职条件：

1、本科及以上学历，康复治疗或相关专业；

2、五年以上PT康复师相关工作经验，能够独立承担起PT治疗，具有PT相关证书

3、具有三级或以上医院康复工作经验优先；

3、热爱康复事业，具有良好的服务意识和责任心；

4、沟通能力强,学习能力和抗压能力强,良好的团队协作能力。

Description of job

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of preoperative, postoperative and non-surgical rehabilitation programs for orthopedics and sports medicine;

2. Proficiency in the use of PT treatment techniques to carry out specific implementation and follow-up feedback on the patient's rehabilitation treatment plan, and conduct a phased evaluation of the rehabilitation effect;

3. Fill in patient cases and treatment reports according to the requirements;

4. Collaborate with other medical staff to collect and process patient-related information;

5. Rehabilitation education and effective advice for patients;

6. Assist in the guidance and inspection of primary rehabilitation teachers;

7. Actively participate in relevant professional training;

8. Clinical risk management;

9. Participate in market related work.

Terms of service:

1. Bachelor degree or above, rehabilitation or related major;

2, more than five years of PT rehabilitation related work experience, able to independently assume PT treatment, with PT related certificates

3. Experience in rehabilitation work with tertiary or higher hospitals is preferred;

3, love rehabilitation, have a good sense of service and responsibility;

4. Strong communication skills, strong learning ability and resistance to stress, and good teamwork ability.
