2. 根据技术交底文件，编制施工计划；
3. 对施工项目的报价进行审核对比，并汇总反馈主管报批；
4. 编制监理日志、监理月报、本专业监理工作实施情况报告等文档；

5. 处理工程开工前各类报审工作（包括：消防、监理、质检）工作的跟进；

6. 与客户、场地方协调与我司工作配合的细节内容，确认布置施工内容；

8. 协调现场施工时间、货运到货时间；

9. 负责进场、工程监督及完工验收。工程验收：施工工程阶段性验收（含施工材料验收），工程竣工前现场验收，后期整改工作的跟进。

10. 负责施工过程中的质量检验，工程竣工后的质量评分， 对工程进度进行跟踪与监督；

11. 负责质保期内工程定期维护和检修。

任职要求：

1. 大学专科及以上学历，建筑、土木、工民建类相关专业；

2. 3年以上商业店面、办公室装修等监理工作经验，有监理工程师证或取得监理工程师执业资格者优先；

3. 熟悉商业店面、办公室的建筑结构施工，水、电、风设备安装技术及装饰工程的施工和验收知识；

4. 熟悉各类施工材料及施工图纸；
