职位描述
Responsibilities:
Integrate and standardize critical HR practice, system and procedures to be more efficient and effective and align with group HR processes & tools, focus on implementation and continual improvement.
Monitor critical positions'KPI achievements and other elements in their salary structure for transition period, initiate analyze, feedback and optimization proposal.
Lead and coach entity to update HR related policies and regulations, including employ handbook.
Help entities to carry out position analysis and workforce planning, clarity position responsibilities and competency needed. Initiate assessment to current job-holders and identify training needs. Work out training plan, coach local HR to implement training and development activities and follow up training results.
Standardize HR operations including Compensation and Benefit management, contract management, HR system maintenance, generate and analyze HR related management reports, etc.
Carry out internal communications on PanPan's integration into ASSA ABLOY.
Drive and ensure compliance of HR operation.
Employee relationship management. Provide support to entities for labor dispute and prevention and correction actions, follow up the result.
Help entity on recruitment of middle level management and critical positions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
More than 12 years working experiences. Minimum 6 years as HR management role.
HR full responsibility and solid HR knowledge of a manufacturing company is a must.
Preferably with international company's background plus local company's background. JV working experience is a plus.
Experience in leading organization change/transformation is a plus.
Excellent inter-personal capacity with self esteem, sincere people orientation, influencing skill, efficient communication.
Result oriented style and able to manage multi task. Taking initiatives, positive thinking, willing and quick to learn.
Hands on and down to the earth style.
English reading and writing is a must. Fluent Oral English is a plus.
Culture sensitive. Have experiences on Northern Culture, especially Northeast culture.
