职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Harmonize internal systems related to sales.
2. Standardize and improve external selling process
3. Streamline sales organization and structure
4. Guide sales strategies implementation across regions and business lines
5. Work with HR to develop effective sales incentive scheme
6. Provide management support and guidance to sales managers in each sub-region
7. Help companies/business lines set up stretch sales targets to achieve overall business objectives
8. Work with marketing department to craft sales strategies to meet sales targets, based on research and analysis of industry, market, competitors and customers
9. Define Unique Selling Proposition of our services
10.Research and analyze current selling activities, and develop action plans to improve
11.Work with HR to develop countrywide training & development program to enhance sales force capabilities
Lead change initiatives about sales management like SAP CRM, sales academy, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above, advanced education in MBA or marketing related major is a plus
2. More than 12 years sales experience in multinational companies
3. More than 8 years sales management experience
4. Capabilities of development and execution of sales strategies
5. Strong in sales management like sales organization, structure, system, process, etc.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, creative and presentation skills
7. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership at different levels
8. Good at change management
9. Aggressive and persistent
10.Self-motivated, resourceful and energetic
11.Selling experience in service industry is preferred
