职位职能: 专业顾问 客户代表

职位描述:

Responsibilities:
1, to provide advisory services to students;
2, to understand the customer and supply the relevant background information, design oversea study plan;
3, follow up potential customers and push contract performance;
4, review the client application materials, control the progress of application;

Requirements:
1, overseas study, work, life experience or ever worked in the industry is preferred;
2, Bachelor degree, CET 4 or above; strong communication skills;
3, the image of good temperament, strong sales and service awareness, excellent communication skills and adaptability;
4, with a strong ability to learn, able to quickly grasp related knowledge;
5, able to withstand the pressure of sales tasks.



岗位职责：
1、为客户提供留学咨询服务；
2、了解客户申请留学所需要的相关背景情况，为客户设计切实可行的留学方案；
3、积极跟进潜在客户，促进签约业绩；
4、审查客户申请的材料，控制申请进度；


岗位要求：
1、有海外留学、工作、生活经验或留学行业从业经验者优先考虑；
2、本科以上学历，英语娴熟, 大学英语六级或以上水平；
3、气质形象佳，有亲和力，有较强的销售和服务意识，优秀的沟通能力和应变能力；
4、具备很强的学习能力，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
5、能够承受销售任务压力。
