Major Responsibilities：

Develop and implement medical strategies / plans for responsible products, ensure strategic alignment with global strategy and local business needs；

  Establish strong working relationships with key external stakeholders (eg, consultants, KOLs, health care professional societies)；

  Lead on key medical initiated meetings, eg. medical advisory boards meetings, national scientific events

  Deliver /review high quality medical education/training materials for internal and external stakeholders；

  In align with brand strategy and according to unmet medical needs, design, implement and manage post-marketing study / IIT to ensure scientific accuracy, GCP/ ethical compliance and publication plan In align with medical strategy, develop publication plan and ensure its implementation；

  As a core member of brand team, participate brand team meeting and provide medical insight to brand plan and strategy；

Review/approve promotional materials and ensures the materials fully align with sciences point of view 

 Serve as medical/ science resources to other functions: Marketing, Regulatory, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management groups ；

 Works in a compliant manner and contributes to the culture of the wider team in up-skilling compliance skills .

Qualification:

  

• Master degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmacy or life science

  

• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs / R&D

  

Proven ability to design, interpret, discuss and represent clinical trial data and establish effective working relationship with investigators and KOAbility to write / edit scientific articles, posters and abstracts. - Ability to align key messages with clinical studies and publications

•  Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills 
• Fluent in spoken and written English is required
