As a Sales Support Specialist (UT System Sales), you will be part of the Electrification Business and Distribution Solutions Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will play a key support role for the Sales team, preparing sales proposals in Secondary GIS Product Group/ Distribution Solutions Business Line / Electrification Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Utility Front-End regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for Beijing Utility Medium/Low Voltage switchgear business sales and channel management.
? Be responsible for sales and business development related activities within assigned areas to achieve the individual planned targets as sales volume.
? Identify project opportunities to improve the market coverage.
? Actively follow up new project opportunities with in-depth analysis and good coordination together with Back-End to ensure good level of hit rate.
? Manage the projects in effective way with periodic updates with good quality, incl. coordination between customer and supporting team to ensure satisfactory delivery.
? Perform marketing sales activities to explore the market potential to enlarge the volume and business promoting.
? Establish good relationship with customer for long-term cooperation.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
? Bachelor’s Degree or above.
? 5+ years sales working experience in related field.
? High priority to candidate who has excellent skill and experience of Power System Digital/Automation Solution.
? Good relationship with power supply bureau or other utility customer.
? Familiar with MV/LV Switchgear’s products and market.
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
? Deep understanding of the business model (purchasing behaviors) of both State Grid Corporation and PSB's.
? Have good team work spirit.
? Willing to travel frequently on business work.
? Good English and Computer level.
