Major Responsibilities:
- Asset accounting transactions, reporting and closing
- Timely asset master data updating for asset change/transfer/disposal process
- Coordinate asset labeling and annual asset counting
- Deliver the service with quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Provide expertise and service. Take responsibility of 1st level routine
- Continually improve and optimize the process, escalate problem and enabling first-class process efficiencies
- Actively cooperative and communicate with other teams, customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to promote harmonized processers, systems and ways of working
- Ensure successful implementation & daily compliance of ICS (Internal Control System)
- Participate and/ or support projects as required
- Ensure compliance with COMPANY Financial Services standard processes, ways of working and group and/or tax accounting policies
- Support for special requirement from customers, provide data resource timely
- Team work spirit and may take role of team members' back-up occasionally


Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor degree of Finance/Accounting
- More than 3 years working experience in Industrial Foreign Invested Enterprise or Accounting Firm, working experience in Accounting Share Service Centre is preference
- Good command of English, familiar with MS office and ERP system, SAP is preference
- Ability to design and coordinate construction of business improvement
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, good team work spirit
