职位描述
The Responsibilities:
? Planning and executing marketing events such as fashion shows, PR events, promotions and display selling
? building cooperation in various areas such as events, cooperation with develop company accounts, co-promotions or events
? Designing and implementing VIP programs in China
? Making marketing plans targeted the consumer target groups, attracting and increasing traffic of store
? Driver and owner of the yearly marketing plan and budget
? Establish a marketing intelligence capability - collect shopper and competitor insights and turn insight into specific marketing actions as well as supporting sales and design departments
? Install a performance management system
? Contact with external vendors such as printers, poster suppliers and responsible for the quality of all printed materials
? Planning and executing the marketing calendar for the brand to ensure all visual identity is synchronized
? Project leader to liaison between and ensure good communication between design team, display team, retail and marketing on all visual identity for the stores
? Building and managing good relationships with suppliers and Media
? Ensure high quality execution within time and budget constraints
The Profile:
? At least 5 years experience in marketing
? Luxury retail or media(advertisement) background is preferred
? Very good at networking
? Background from previous position with brand positioning and customer targeting is preferred
? Experience in designing VIP program and integrated marketing campaigns (online, out-door and in-store activation) is preferred
The Candidate:
? Passion for marketing with a sharp approach to create activities that drives sales and build brand
? Get things done, sales and result driven
? Strong analytical approach
? Fashion enthusiast with a good understanding of trends is preferred
? Good at following-up on activities to ensure seamless execution
? Socially strong and motivation to work with
? Good command of English in both speaking and writing
? Bachelor degree in economics/marketing/business is a must

In 2012, THE SWANK opened its first store in Xian and will establish its presence in Shanghai by the end of the year. Expansion will continue and additional stores will launch in the next few years to map out the new fashion era in China.
