Calibrate the part of Engine Management System to meet defined
engineering targets or customer specific requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Execute and Deliver a qualified and robust engineering product
flawlessly
2.Lean calibration built to assure the seamless functional development
execution
3.Build and maintain the Cal Guide and Cal Procedure
4.Support the Cal Review and maintain the Cal Base
5.Take lead about the subsystem functional training including the
training material maintained
6.Attend the RSM review  from core software updated, draft AIR,
verify the change after SW release, maintain the document
7.Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing support
8.Technical Reports submitted and New Technology implemented
9.Create Customer's Value and Exceed Customer’s expectations
10.Support to complete the change. implement CN
11.Finish the problem solving and focus on continue
improvement

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion
Engineering is required, Master preferred.
2.Good language skills in oral and written English
3.At least C class driver license
