JOB TITLE:    (Sr.)Training/Education Specialist

REPORTS TO:    Training/Education Manager

DEPARTMENT:  PRC CRHF              

   

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (BRIEF SUMMARY)

？- Organize training programs for CRHF team and customers

？ -Conduct internal and external training as a trainer.  

？- Provide case and technical support for sales force and other functions

 

 MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

？ -Work as course manager, develop, organize and deliver technical training programs for sales rep and managers in alignment with yearly sales training plan. Participate in all sales technical training sessions as a trainer.

？ -Lead physician training program, connect with all related BUs and functions for best synergy

？ -Develop and improve training processes, procedures, training materials manuals and other training aids to increase the effectiveness of training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings for continuous improvement

？ -Collaborate with sales training team on sales development projects

？ -Work in the field with sales managers and reps to find key business issues that can be addressed through training to improve sales force effectiveness

？ -Participate in sales/marketing management and other meetings to gain insight into the business and suggest ways of developing competencies and improving the effectiveness of the field force

？ -Understand the medical knowledge, product knowledge and business process in assigned BU to provide the specific cases study in sales training program for BU

JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

？ -Bachelor degree or above in Medical related field 

- At least 2 years’ experience in medical device sales or sales training, cardiac pacing allied professionals are preferred

？ -Having passions in training

？ -Self-motivation and good personality

？- Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill

？- Excellent communication skill, good planner and organizer

？- Good command in English and familiar with MS office
